Governor Proclaims May RV & Camping Month

May has been proclaimed Recreation Vehicle and Camping Month in Pennsylvania by PA Governor Edward G. Rendell, in part to highlight the many benefits of RV ownership and the freedom that traveling by RV provides, and to increase recreational tourism in Pennsylvania.

Pennsylvanians will see a number of TV spots an hear radio ads promoting the RV lifestyle during May. Consumers can also request “Explore Pennsylvania,” which is loaded with travel destinations and attractions, and fun RVing facts.

For the past sixteen years May has been proclaimed Recreation Vehicle and Camping Month by the governor of Pennsylvania. Pennsylvania has much to offer RVers with its unique sites, history and culture.
