"Dear Mr. Smith, We wanted to take this opportunity to share with you our experience with three of your employees.
First, Jeff Page. A few years ago we met Jeff at a funeral for a relative of ours, got to talking and said we were planning to retire in a few years and might consider a motor home. Jeff invited us down to Media for a look around. We told him that we definitely were not in the market at that time, but he insisted we come and see him. One sunny spring day we decided to take Jeff up on his offer. After once again letting him know that we were really not there to buy, he still took the time to show and explain several units. Feeling badly for taking up his time but his reply was, "Maybe someday you'll be back when you're ready to buy."
When we found the Bounder on Media's website I called and was put through to Jeff – not realizing that he still worked there. Jeff is a true gem among salesmen. He was never pushy, took the time with us to answer all our questions and also followed up our purchase with a nice card.
The day we picked up the motor home we were introduced to Dale who went over the inside and outside of the coach with us – explaining everything in great detail until we were sure how it all worked. He's certainly very knowledgeable and we were grateful for the amount of time he spent with us.
The day after we got the RV home we had a power surge that damaged some of the appliances and the converter. This is where we give kudos to Brian. It turns out that he lives close by and really helped out by being our personal courier bringing what we needed with him. He brought a new converter up for me at the end of his day on Saturday and waited for me to pick him up when I'm sure that after a long week he would have liked nothing more than to just head straight home – but was still willing to help me.
Needless to say our experience with media has been a great one. We couldn't believe the time taken and the consideration show to us by everyone even though we were buying a used coach.
By the way, since taking care of the fallout from the power damage, we got to spend a week at Hershey (visited Media at the show) and everything in the coach seems to be working fine. We know it's the perfect fit for our traveling plans.

"Dear Jeff, We can't say enough about you, Media or the RV we purchased. We are planning our next trip as we speak and until then are enjoying just going out in it and sitting in our driveway. Almost every night Paul and I go out after dinner, pull a cold beverage out of the frig and play Domino's. We leave the cell phones in the house and don't even tell the kids where were going! Every night is like a little mini vacation!
The only really down side of having bought this one year before we retire is that you can't imagine how hard it is to pull out of the driveway every day to go work with that incredible RV sitting there. Each morning I have to talk myself into going to work…..I keep saying why are you doing this…..we rather be RVing! Thanks again for all your help and we'll be in touch…..planning a two week trip for next year to Key West……can't wait!
