Dear Ted,

I want to thank you and your staff for making my purchase of my 2005 Flagstaff 720 RV a pleasurable one. I cannot say enough about your salesperson, Debbie Ewer. From the day I stopped in to look at pop up campers to the day I purchased it, she was so professional and made me feel at home.

She went the extra mile and had cold bottles of water, toys and activities for my son to play with during our meetings. Even after purchasing the pop up, she had him get involved by having him help me close the camper, and gave him pointers on how to direct me when connecting the SUV to the camper. It was the hottest day of the year too, but she was a real trooper helping us the whole time.

Like I said, I cannot say enough about the way Debbie treated us as customers. I appreciate the personal touch she gave us. I am sure all your staff is very courteous and professional, and this is the reason why I chose Media Camping Center over your local competitors. Thank you and we are off to many years of camping.

We have come to your center many times in the last 5 years. Each time we have asked for Jeff Page and he has shown us the latest RV’s. Finally, a few weeks ago we purchased our RV from Jeff. During those 5 years, Mr. Page never forgot us and each time we came to the lot he was pleasant and professional. Most salesmen would have ducked into the lunch room when they saw us coming, thinking we were wasting their time. It took us long enough, but when we were ready, we knew we would buy our “second home” from Jeff Page.
Purchasing a used vehicle was of concern to us. Every issue of note was taken care of, exactly as Jeff assured us it would be. George made our financing painless which is sometimes not an easy task being that we are self-employed. Marvin went over every detail of the coach and its operation. He spoke in plain English, Not RV tech talk, and we left with our coach feeling confident that we knew each and every system.
After taking delivery of our 2002 Revolution, we enjoyed two weekends on the road. We owned a 1999 Monaco Diplomat for three years and we cannot believe the difference in the ride. The Revolution “floats” on the road while our Diplomat delivered a much “harder” ride.
We are thrilled with our vehicle and the fact that Jeff never gave up on us! Thank you all!

I would like to take this time and thank you for a job well done and on our new 2006 Fleetwood Providence that was purchased at the 2006 show at Hershey Park.
Jeff was one of the best salespersons I have ever met. He made me feel very good about the new coach. He was very knowledgeable and very personable.
I really enjoyed talking with him and dealing on the coach. He made it feel like fun. The media people and management should be very proud of his abilities and friendly way with customers.
Joe, from the service shop, was also a great person to be around. He was very knowledgeable and friendly. Joe made me feel very comfortable when I left Media Camping Center.
I also was to commend Joe on helping me with my satellite system in the coach. I had some problems with the unit, but Joe got on the phone and stayed with me trying to get it operational. To me that is the mark of an excellent Service Manager who takes time from his busy schedule to help me.

I am writing to sing praises of your sales and service departments. Our travel trailer purchase began at another dealer, where I received zero assistance and even misinformation about the type of vehicle that I would need to pull a trailer. After three visits there, I was thoroughly disgusted and disheartened.
An internet search pulled up your fine web site. I decided to make an hour’s drive to Hatfield, and I ended up purchasing a trailer the sane day, due to the incredible assistance of Greg Sturges.
Greg started by sitting me down and going over exactly what kind of truck we owned, so that he could calculate our towing capacity. After narrowing that down to 3,500 pounds, he showed me the models that I could choose from, a Starcraft Travelstar, a Shamrock and a Starcraft Antiqua. Even though the Antiqua was priced higher than I wanted to spend, he did his magic and gave me a price that was quite fair. He calculated all the ‘hidden’ costs like taxes, towing package, etc., and gave me a firm offer in writing. I left the Center knowing I had found exactly what I wanted and I called him that same day to confirm the sale.
Upon date of delivery, Matt, our service technician, went over every nut and bolt of the trailer and then went on a 30 minute test drive with us so that my husband would be comfortable with all those creaks, groans and bumps associated with hauling a trailer. At the end of the test drive, he even tightened a bolt on the bottom of our truck which had nothing to do with the trailer or hitch, but was making noise.
The sales staff in the parts department sold us everything we needed to stock the trailer but did not try to frighten us into buying a bunch of extra stuff that we didn’t really need.
We pulled out of the lot with as much confidence as one can, hauling 3,500 extra pounds.
A week later, we took our first trip to Assateaque National Seashore. Even though there is no electric hookup there, we had the experience of a lifetime, grilling, cooking. Listening to our fine sound system and reveling in the joys of a hot shower. A small glitch with the radio system (no manual was included in our packet and your staff had already contacted Starcraft to mail us one directly) was our one and only problem.
I cannot overstate how impressed and grateful my husband and I are for your exacting attention to detail and overall professionalism. We would gladly recommend Media Camping Center to anyone we know.

When the refrigerator in my camper stopped working, your service manager, Eric gave me the technical information I needed to determine if it could be fixed or needed to be replaced. When I determined that a replacement was in order, I stopped in and your Dennis and Joe in your parts department helped me pick the right one and ordered it for me. I was amazed when they called the next day and said it was ready for pick-up. I installed it and it works fine. How could anyone ask for better service?
